The video measuring systems, also called coordinate measuring machines, are used for rapid and accuarte three-dimensional measurements of small pieces in quality control processes.

A camera and a lens system are used in 3D measurement in order to optically magnify the image of the workpiece and then identify the contour with the software. The measurement of the dimensions is carried out with the help of glass optical scales and encoder. CRASE offers both manual video measuring systems, and CNC automatic video measuring systems.
