Impact tester
The impact coating strength tester is used to check the resistance of technical products to external factors during operation (such as punching, impacts), as well as to verify the manufacturer’s specifications. Due to usage in strength tester of high quality materials, it has reached longer operation service life and easy maintenance. Complies with GOST 30630.1.10-2013 and IEC 60068-2-75: 1997.
Operation:
This type of device, with standardized characteristics, is able to measure and verify by impacts on the shell of product with an impact device. Depending on the mass or force of impact that must be held by the test object, it is necessary to select Vertical transfer line, in accordance with the table data below:

Features:
Due to three adjustable feet, tester can be fixed practically on any surface. Device chassis is made of structural steel and coated by powder for durable use in severe conditions.
Energy level selection:
To achieve strikes with a certain force, it is necessary to select the height of the striking object in accordance with the tabular data:

It is possible to choose impact strength tester with specific combination, that could be striker ball diameter, striker weight and device scale length. If it’s needed any design changes, it is possible to add some technical parameters.
Impact tester Universal
Impact tester Universal has a multipurpose design and consists of a stand (with a pipe fixed to it with a scale and a clamping device) and an impact device according to the required standard. An impact device, as a rule, consists of a striker, clutch and anvil, the dimensions of which are specified in the corresponding standard. There can be an unlimited number of such shock devices in the delivery set of the device, therefore it is possible to test according to any number of standards, and the device is called Universal.
Advantages:
• The scale on the device is applied both in millimeters and inches, which simplifies testing according to foreign (inch) standards.
• Universal impact tester provides easy and quick replacement of the percussion device (striker) and the corresponding clutch and anvil.

Pipe impact tester
Pipe impact tester U1-4219 is intended for testing the strength of coatings upon impact on pipelines during their installation and operation. Pipe impact tester allows testing directly on the pipeline and does not require the manufacture of samples.
According to the standard, it is recommended to test the strength of coatings upon impact together with checking the continuity of the coating after impact using the Pulse Holiday Detector.
Advantages:
The device is mounted on three adjustable feet-screws, so pipe impact tester U1-4219 can be installed on a flat surface (in the case of testing samples), and directly on a pipe of any diameter.
The impact test device is made of structural steel and coated with powder paint, which guarantees its durability and adaptability to operation in difficult field conditions.
