Our products: control and measurement instruments
Hardness testers, gear testers, metallographic machines, and non-destructive testing instruments: the measuring equipment that industry seeks.
CRASE is a leading distributor of measurement and control instruments for industry. We support companies in the automotive, energy, mechanical, steel, and foundry sectors at every stage of quality control: from selecting the right instrument to calibration and on-site technical support.
Our offerings range from benchtop and portable hardness testers to metallographic machines, from gear involute testers to optical 3D measuring machines, and even non-destructive testing instruments such as ultrasonic roughness testers and thickness gauges.
Complete range of CRASE products
Hardness testers are high-precision measuring machines used to determine the hardness of a material. Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers hardness testers are used for quality control laboratories and production departments. These instruments precisely measure the hardness of metals according to the main durometer scales, suitable for both small and large parts.
Specialized analyzers for measuring hardness depth after heat treatments such as carburizing, tempering, and nitriding, without the need for sectioning, embedding, or polishing the part. The HTD1500, HTD4000, and HTD30 instruments, based on the patented Ernst principle, provide accurate results while preserving component integrity and dramatically reducing testing times.
Complete equipment for metallographic analysis: cutting machines, mounting machines, polishing machines, and consumables useful for metallographic examination. For laboratories that prepare and analyze metal cross-sections according to high quality standards.
Metrology instruments for measuring and inspecting gears. The GMM gear measuring machines, distributed by CRASE and manufactured by MDM Metrosoft, enable a wide range of measurements to be performed automatically and with high precision. The main applications are in the aeronautics, automotive, and precision mechanics sectors.
Manual, CNC, and instant video measuring systems for fast and precise dimensional inspection of components and small parts in quality control processes. Often used in high-resolution 3D measurement for the aerospace and mechanical engineering industries, where measurement accuracy is a process requirement, not a choice.
